8. Selection of Proper material of the design parts for specific application as per industry standard.
9. Define parts manufacturing cost effective process.
10. Design the machine as per customer requirement.
11. Involvement in manufacturing team.
12. Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.
13. Coordination with suppliers to select the standard bought-out items and follow-up for delivery.
14. Coordination with MFG team for the Assembly implementation.
15. Coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection
16. Coordination with client for export and local projects.
17. Ready to take leadership of project.
18. Planning, estimation, design review and scheduling for the completion of the machine.
19. DAP approval from client.
20. Responsible for making 2D and 3D drawings for final MFG.
21. Awareness of ISO documentation.
22. Ready to work at site during commissioning.
23. Solving problems and coming up with suitable solutions which are economical and efficient to meet project requirement and deadline.
24. Thorough knowledge on manufacturing and supply chain principles.
25. Comprehensive knowledge on automated process control equipment design, manufacturing, and operation.
26. Extensive knowledge of CNC machining, VMC machining and conventional machine.
27. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
28. Proficient in engineering drawing, Geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing.
29. Specialized in machine design, Modification, Material selection, Standard component selection.
30. Expertise in 2D and 3D modelling and assembly drawing.
31. Knowledge in sheet metal design and manufacturing.

• Vendor Management such as get the IoT Solutions developed from various vendors.
•  Working with different business units in the organization in order to come up with a winning proposal
• Digital Marketing, Cold Calling, email marketing, company promotions, customer site visit, Local/abroad travel whenever needed.
• Participation in exhibitions, customer follow-up, lead generation, etc.
