The work generally consists of the installation of a raw water storage tank, a raw water transfer pump station, a pre-engineered metal building containing a water treatment plant, chemical feed system, laboratory, office, restroom, and SCADA controls, a clearwell, a distribution pump station, a generator, a solids thickening system, and associated piping, electrical, instrumentation and control systems, site improvements, and related appurtenances required for a complete and operational facility.
