The project includes replacement of the existing chiller, cooling tower, and associated HVAC equipment, along with installation of a standby generator, medium-voltage switchgear, VFDs, and electrical distribution upgrades. Work also includes replacement and modification of mechanical piping systems, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and controls; installation of new conduit, cable, duct banks, and SCADA integration; and associated structural, architectural, and electrical improvements. Additional work includes concrete foundations and equipment pads, site grading, drainage improvements, fencing, utility relocations, demolition, startup and commissioning, and all related civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and site work required to provide a complete and fully operational facility.
