The project includes construction and renovation of a periodontics and dental specialty facility, including treatment rooms, surgical suites, sterilization areas, laboratory support spaces, and administrative offices. Work also includes HVAC upgrades, plumbing and medical gas systems, electrical distribution, lighting, instrumentation, communications systems, architectural finishes, site improvements, and associated civil, mechanical, structural, and electrical work required to provide a complete and operational healthcare facility
