The project includes construction of a new electrical and controls building and associated site infrastructure for the existing raw water pump station. Major work includes replacement and upgrades of pumps, valves, flow metering equipment, process piping, and associated mechanical systems; installation of new medium- and low-voltage electrical distribution equipment, VFDs, transformers, standby power generation, HVAC systems, instrumentation, and SCADA controls; and replacement of existing power, control, and communication systems. Additional work includes concrete foundations, structural improvements, duct banks, utility relocations, site grading, drainage improvements, paving, fencing, gates, lighting, protective coatings, demolition of existing facilities, startup and commissioning, and all associated civil, mechanical, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and control work required to provide a complete and reliable facility.
